From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Barry Otto (born 1941) is an Australian actor with a long list of memorable roles on stage and in film. He received an AFI Award for Best Supporting Actor in Strictly Ballroom as well as being nominated for Bliss, Cosi and The More Things Change.... He is the father of actresses Gracie and Miranda Otto. Otto is a keen amateur artist and has twice entered the Archibald Prize.
