Newly employed as an FBI Special Agent, Cullen finds that the job is not what he expected, while Officers Tolbeck and Reinhardt's bond grows at the SDPD. Dirk and Sue begin their new adventure as a newly married couple.
The SDPD brings in a PR representative (D'Arcy Carden) to address Tolbeck's accident and Dirk and Sue settle in at The Collective. Cullen and his new partner Risoli (Jillian Bell) begin to monitor a former cult member.
Cullen and Risoli's interrogation of the former Collective member reveals some startling new information. Meanwhile, Dirk meets his adopotive daughter, Madison
