Jack finds a puppet named Slappy appearing at a flea market, an American city is thrown into chaos, after a series of nightmares and crimes begin to expose the city's lies and secrets. After the events of 1995 with a little girl, Slappy continues to find a family to take care of him and he has already found one. Jack's parents think it's best to go to therapy.
