Its main presenters are Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts, although in series three Marc Woodward and Jasmine Birtles alternated presenting duties with Alexander and Roberts. Two brothers want to improve the planning permission in place on a terrace in Borough Green in Kent, while a mum and daughter hope they don't have too much to do on their first investment in Liverpool. And a brother and sister who are seasoned property developers have ambitious plans for a generous end-of-terrace in London's Streatham.

Martel Maxwell meets a developer who plans to add value to a studio flat in Handley, while there is an update on a period house in Berkhamsted which Lucy first saw in 2015, and Martin Roberts chats to a mum and her son who buy two flats in a Victorian house in Bootle in Merseyside. They all want to make money from their auction investments, and for some the projects run smoothly, while one set of developers have to jump over lots of hurdles to get their project finished.
